SlickWELL Staged Hole Openers
DIAMANT designs and manufactures concentric SlickWELL™ Hole Openers (SWHO) to enable its clients to drill smooth and high-quality wellbores in varying well geometries and drilling conditions.
DIAMANT SWHO tools are manufactured in steel body and engineered in a way where the bottom part of the tool conditions the hole and stabilizes the tool, then the top portion enlarges the hole to the desired size.
SWHO tools come with reaming features on the leading and trailing edges, in gauge section reinforcement and nozzles for cleaning and cooling of PDC cutters.
Size range offered are from 6” to 28” with application specific blade count and cutter sizes.
SlickWELL Concentric Reamers
DIAMANT SlickWELL™ Reamer (SWR) products are concentric stabilizers featuring passive reaming cutters on the leading and trailing tapers and flat low friction Tungsten Carbide Inserts (TCI) in the gauge area.
These tools combine the benefits of stabilizers and passive reamers in one single tool that could be used on every BHA configuration. They enhance drilling efficiency and minimize NPTs by delivering smooth and unobstructed wellbore conditions without the need for dedicated and costly wiper trips.

SlickWELL Eccentric Reamers
DIAMANT’s Eccentric SlickWELL™ Reamer (SWRE) is an eccentric stabilizer featuring passive reaming cutters on the leading and trailing tapers and flat low friction Tungsten Carbide Inserts (TCI) in the gauge area. The mass-balanced SWRE enlarges the borehole without the use of moving parts.
The SWRE tools enhance drilling efficiency and minimize NPT by delivering smooth and enlarged wellbore without the need for dedicated and costly wiper trips. The casing walls are protected from the PDC cutters by using sacrificial and replaceable dedicated alloy inserts on every blade edge."

SlickWELL On-Bit Reamers
On-Bit SlickWELL™ Reamer (SWRO) tool is a concentric near-bit stabilizer featuring passive reaming cutters on the leading and trailing tapers and flat low friction Tungsten Carbide Inserts (TCI) in the gauge area.
It is customized to be run as an extension to the bit passive gauge. It combines the benefits of on-bit sleeves and passive reamers in one single tool and, enhances drilling efficiency by delivering a smooth and unobstructed wellbore.

SLICKWELL IN-LINE REAMERS
In-Line SlickWELL™ Reamer (SWRI) is a concentric stabilizer featuring passive reaming cutters on the leading and trailing tapers and flat low friction Tungsten Carbide Inserts (TCI) in the gauge area.
It is customized to be run on RSS BHAs. It could be wired in order to be placed between measurement collars (MWD and LWD). It combines the benefits of In-Line stabilizers and passive reamers in one single tool.
