Impregnated Bits
DIAMANT impregnated bits are engineered and manufactured to ensure optimum drilling performances in tough and abrasive formations where PDC bits have limitations.
These products are aimed to provide longer run time and deliver superior performances on high-speed PDMs or Turbine drive mechanisms.
Depending on the clients’ specific requirements, DIAMANT can manufacture its impregnated bits with or without the patented MicroCORE® feature.
Size range offered are from 3-7/8” to 17-1/2” with application specific blade count.
Bi-Center Bits
DIAMANT offers a range of Bi-Center bits in both Steel and Matrix body versions.
DIAMANT Bi-Center products are equipped with following performance improvement features:
- Force-balanced cutting structure
- CFD enhanced hydraulics layout
- Drillout capable
- Directionally responsive.
Depending on application specifications and client requirements, DIAMANT Bi-Center bits can be manufactured with or without the MicroCORE Feature.
Size range offered are from 3-7/8” to 17-1/2” with application specific blade count.
Casing Drilling Bits
DIAMANT engineered KamiCASE™ products to drill with the casing strings so that our clients reduce time-spent on well construction and minimize overall well costs.
Main component for the body of KamiCASE™ bits are drillable alloy bits that are specifically designed to be run at the end of a casing or liner strings in both vertical and deviated wells.
These products can be run on standard casings that are turned through a top-drive system from the surface
Size range offered are from 8-1/2” to 26” with application specific blade count and cutter sizes.
Coring Bits
DIAMANT offers wide range of options in coring bit product line as they come with:
- Steel or matrix body types
- PDC or natural diamond cutting elements
- Any connection type required for core barrels.
Size range offered are from 6” to 12-1/4” with application specific blade count and cutter sizes.
